Data through membership subscription or use of our Platform (websites
and mobile app), customer service or signing up of services
(collectively, the "Services") of QUICKIN (ASIA) SDN. BHD.
(collectively, the "Company") and its affiliated entities which share
the Company's Personal Data Protection Policy and are subject to
Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as may be changed from
time to time (the "Act"). The Company's privacy policy applies to all
our customers, users of our website, mobile app and all contractual
parties.
YOUR CONSENT
By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up
for Services offered by us, you agree and consent to the Company, as
well as their respective representatives and/or agents collecting,
using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data,
and disclosing such Personal Data to the Company's authorised service
providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this
Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy supplements but does
not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously
provided to us in respect of your Personal Data, and your consents
herein are additional to any rights which any of the Company may have

company name, NRIC, passport, company registration numbers, tax

any form submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with

Our Platform may use social plugins of the provider which normally
record standard data relating to you and transfer the data to the

6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT, ACCESS, AMENDMENT OR DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
