1.1. In this Privacy Policy, personal data refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time ("Personal Data").

1.2. Personal Data that you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us), amongst others, your name, company name, NRIC, passport, company registration numbers, tax Identification number or other identification number or information, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address, network data, computer network, device identifiers or information and any other information relating to any individual which you have provided us in any form submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.

Access to your Personal Data will only be provided to them for the purpose of performing such functions. 5.6. Our Platform may use social plugins of the provider which normally record standard data relating to you and transfer the data to the server of the respective provider.
